Best boat for nature photography that is stable on river safari

This is the best boat set-up I have seen for birding and nature photography for small groups. Super stable to get those sharp shots with enough room to pivot around without bumping into the shooter beside you.

Most nature photography boat tours pile you into a small standard boat that rocks around in the waves. This Nikon Travel Africa set-up is they way I want to go out if I visit South Africa.
