It is possible to disable Wi-Fi Internet access on your Sony PSP in just a few steps.
If you have children and don’t want them accessing content that you might find inappropriate you can just add a password to the security settings. This will allow them to still play their games and view movies but stop them from going online.
To add a password just go to the control menu, go left to settings, then down to security settings, choose “Internet Browser Start Control”. Just type in the four digit code you want and enter.
After doing that the next time the PSP is used to access the Internet through the Web browser it will ask for the code. If they don’t have it they will be locked out.
If you decide to do this make sure you save the code some where in case you forget because there is no other way of unlocking it.
Not true. My kid used restore default settings and it wiped the password protection.
that is a good idea but it is very easy to disable the password all you have to do is, go to system settings and restore default settings. which disables the password.
